“Lovely 3 night stay with my children 9 & 11, their Nana & our 2 little dogs. Great outdoor space – Rural Cottage with Large Garden. Kids & I loved the tennis court & dogs loved running round the grassed area & little bit of woodland. Though you have to keep an eye on dogs due to the steep drop area on one spot (info in listing) & this would be most important if you had younger children with you. We spotted 2 Deer grazing on our final day! Which was a beautiful moment. As others have said in their reviews you can clearly hear the A27 behind the house from outside (which is a busy road), however, we live near Heathrow & M25, so this was not an issue for us. This was a cosy, old fashioned house, with open fire or central heating (if needed) crisp white linen & towels & all that you could need in the kitchen for home cooking. The bonus was a dishwasher & the welcome basket was a lovely touch. We would love to come back & stay again for longer. This house was perfectly located for family trips!”

“We felt immediately at home, and slept amazingly well in the comfortable beds. The house is clearly loved by the owners, and being able to play tennis and table tennis is a luxury you don’t often get. The natural parkland on the property was really lovely in spring and we even had visitors from the local deer community. We intend to stay again next time we are here for sure.”

“This was such a lovely place to stay. So much outdoor space and an lots of nature from rabbits to deer! Everything was clean, beds were very comfy and there were lots of great amenities. Location is ideal too despite a little noise from the highway you’re still a bit remote but also not too far from Chichester for shops.”

“Rural Cottage with large garden, fruit trees, table tennis and tennis court. Everything we needed was provided. From milk and a bottle of wine, to rackets, bats and balls. Deer visit the garden to eat the fruit. If you’re lucky you can see them from the living room window. The house is beautiful. Shower room downstairs but a small very sweet toilet off the main bedroom. The living room has an open fire and has a very homely feel. The area is full of things to see. Seaside, very close to Chichester and Arundel both worth a visit. Lots of parks and vistas to explore. The property is very close to the A27, convenient for quick trips. Had three wonderful days. Would recommend this property.”
