We have recently introduced two sets of baby packs which include some helpful items for your children during your stay, hopefully meaning you have a few less things to pack when you travel to one of our properties! These have proved very popular with our guests!

All of our baby packs, travel cots and highchairs are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of your stay. These items are available for short stays only. All items are to be left in the property at the end of your stay. They will be cleaned and sterilised between each use.
Eco-Friendly
We are very conscious to be as eco-friendly as possible and are continually introducing new measures to help the environment and reduce waste in our holiday rental properties.
A few key points we have include
- Bed linen and towels are not changed during guests stays with us unless it is for more than 14 days
- We encourage all guests to use our recycling bins and to recycle as much waste as possible
- We do not provide extra towels for guests – one bath towel and one hand towel per guest is provided during your stay
- We have either dispensers (shampoo, conditioner & body wash) on the walls or we use reusable bottles where we dispense the products into after purchasing in bulk, 5 litre containers. We then gift the empty containers to local schools and nurseries to use for arts and crafts.
- Tea, sugar and coffee is brought in bulk and dispensed into “caddies” which we have in each property.
- When cleaning the properties, we only replace bin bags when necessary – we empty all rubbish into one bin bag to reduce plastic waste.
- We recycle as much waste as possible when cleaning each property including toilet roll ends, cleaning product bottles and we use microfiber washable cloths for cleaning.
EV charging
Many guests are opting for a more sustainable way of travel and investing in electric and hybrid vehicles. Electric vehicles help reduce the amount of carbon emissions that are directly linked to climate change. Our stunning property – The Nest, provides guests with a EV charging unit at the holiday property.

We are a small, friendly team who all live locally, making us incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and it’s attractions.
We operate an independent holiday rental company who are passionate about travel and know each of our properties in great detail to best advise guests.
Our aim is to offer the complete service from guest communication, to cleaning and guests check in. We are on call 24 hours a day in case of emergency and on hand to help with any questions or queries, before, during and after our guests stay.
