Located in the peaceful village of Donnington, just south of Chichester and only 15 minutes from West Wittering, Selsey and Pagham beaches, our light-filled semi-detached cottage is the perfect base for a family getaway, a group of friends, or guests attending nearby weddings at Southend Barns (just a 3-minute drive away).

The downstairs features:

A modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed for a self-catering stay and a window overlooking the private back garden

A spacious lounge with exposed ceiling beams and dual-aspect windows that flood the room with natural light

A comfortable sofa (which also converts to a sofa bed if needed), a decorative fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV with Firestick

Dogs stay free of charge – just let us know in advance when booking. To help everyone enjoy their stay, we kindly ask that dogs remain off the furniture during your visit.

The main access road runs in front of the property, so we recommend keeping dogs on a lead when outside
To make your dog’s stay extra comfortable, we provide:

For some safe off-lead fun, you can also book a session at Paw Paddock, located right onsite. It’s a secure, enclosed field perfect for a good run around — but advance booking is essential as it’s very popular!
